Returns
We are happy to accept returns of any items EXCLUDING SALE, CUSTOM ORDERS and CLEARANCE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, physically intact with all packaging tags attached, labels and proof of sale. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items to be returned must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Here are steps to follow to make a return/exchange.

Please state your order number, a copy of your order receipt and the reason for the return or exchange of your item(s). We will send you the address to ship the item to.
There are certain situations where only partial OR no refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days after receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete (it can vary between banks and financial institutions and unfortunately, we are NOT able to fast-track this).
We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our return standards.
Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited. In such cases, buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to them.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Custom Dresses (If applicable)
All Custom outfits cannot be returned or refunded as this is customized to a client’s measurements.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@gabbyclothings.com including the order number and a picture of the damage.
Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at Info@gabbyclothings.com and we will provide the full address to ship the item to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE that all related duties/taxes on returns will be fully paid by the buyer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
